I am an Illinois-based Speech-Language Pathologist and am a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Hearing Association (ASHA). I hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA). I am certified in Beckman Oral Motor to support patients with dysphagia and speech.

I have over 15 years’ experience working with both children and adults in a variety of settings, including online, hospitals, schools, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, and private clinics. As the proud military spouse of an active-duty Marine, I also have significant experience understanding and working with military families.

Compassionately and professionally assessing each individual client, establishing well defined goals, operating in a trusting environment, and a commitment to providing the best care possible to achieve maximum success for each client are the core values that are the foundation of my business and business relationships.

Family and family values are important to me. I enjoy spending time and am very involved with my husband, two children, and three dogs. I also enjoy working out and carving out a little time to bake.

How it Works

Getting started with speech therapy is simple. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Free Consultation

Contact me and I will begin with a free phone or virtual consultation to understand your needs, goals, and concerns. I will help determine if my services are the right fit for you or your child. Check out my services for my information on what we treat!

2. Personalized Evaluation

Next, if we determine collectively that we are a good fit, I will work with you to schedule a comprehensive speech and language evaluation. This helps me to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and create a customized therapy plan tailored to your specific needs.

3. Therapy Sessions Begin

Once we complete the comprehensive evaluation, you will start one-on-one therapy sessions with me. Sessions may be in-person or online, depending on your preference and location.

4. Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking

I will keep you informed every step of the way. Progress is reviewed regularly, and therapy plans are adjusted as needed to ensure steady improvement.

5. Graduation & Maintenance

Once goals are met, I will provide strategies for maintaining progress and offer optional check-ins to support long-term success.
